Terms of service

1. Who we are

ClaudeWithCrypto is an independent service that purchases official Anthropic gift subscriptions on behalf of customers who pay in cryptocurrency. ClaudeWithCrypto is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.

We do not operate, control or represent Anthropic, and we have no ability to modify, extend or restore any Claude account.

2. What we sell

You are buying a service: we purchase an official gift subscription with our own payment method and deliver the resulting redemption code to you. The code is issued by Anthropic and is subject to Anthropic's own terms.

You are not buying an account, shared credentials, or access to a subscription held by anyone else. We will never ask you for your Claude password, and you should never provide it to us or to anyone else.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in USD and itemised at checkout, showing the underlying gift price, our service fee, the payment processor fee and a network fee reserve.

Payment is made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. The invoice fixes an amount at the exchange rate at the time it is generated and is valid for a limited window.

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. If you underpay, we contact you to arrange the difference or a refund. If you send funds on a network other than the one specified on the invoice, we cannot recover them.

4. Delivery

We deliver within 12 hours of your payment confirming on-chain. Fulfilment is manual and we do not claim instant delivery.

Delivery is to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to give a working address and to check spam filtering. Your order page, reachable via the private link we send you, also holds the code.

Anyone holding your order link can view the order and its code. Keep it private.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy forms part of these terms and is published in full at /refunds. In summary: full refund less the network fee if we miss the delivery SLA or the code is invalid or already redeemed, reported within 48 hours; no refund after successful redemption.

6. Eligibility and prohibited jurisdictions

You must be legally capable of entering into this contract and of holding and transferring cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. Several countries restrict or prohibit crypto payments; our country guides flag this where we are aware of it, but the responsibility for your own legal position is yours.

We do not accept orders connected to jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, and we may decline or refund any order we cannot satisfy ourselves is permissible.

A gift code does not make Claude available in a country Anthropic does not serve. We do not sell on the basis that it will.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this service to acquire subscriptions for resale, for bulk or automated purchasing, or for any purpose that violates Anthropic's terms.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, refunding in full, where we suspect fraud, sanctions exposure, or abuse.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for losses arising from Anthropic's actions, including changes to plans, pricing, availability or account status; from blockchain network conditions; or from your own errors in sending payment, including wrong-network transfers.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are reflected in the last-updated date below.
